The Constitution stipulates that the only eligibility requirements to be President are that the aspirant be a US citizen, 35 years old, and have lived in the US for 14 years.

What would help him would be to get a "not guilty" verdict in NY. However, I suspect that he and his lawyers will cause so much delay, the trial will not happen before the election.

The better news is It that he looks likely to be found guilty in the GA election tampering and Mar-a-Lardo docs cases. As for the Jan 6 promoting case, I do not see that coming to trial for years.
